Yoga is the art of accepting myself and embracing change in life.

A grounded, mindful practice that helps you release tension, reconnect with your body, and find balance in everyday life - exactly as you are.

I truly believe that yoga
is for everyone

For me, yoga is love, connection, and relief.


You might think: “I’m not flexible enough” or “I’m not fit enough.”
But the truth is – you are perfect just as you are, to move, breathe, and connect with yourself.


I never imagined I would become a yoga teacher. As a child and young adult, I wasn’t sporty at all. Later, years of sitting at school, at home, and at work, along with stress and lack of movement, led to tension and back pain. I was searching for relief – and I found it in yoga.


At first, it was “just” physical exercise, but over time I discovered its deeper, calming, and restorative side. Practicing regularly and meditating, I could feel my body changing, my mind calming, and a stronger connection to myself.


I wanted to learn more, so I completed a 200-hour RYT training at Ananya Studio (Anusara Yoga). Later, I expanded my studies with 30H Prenatal Yoga, 20H Postnatal Yoga, and 24H Pranayama.


Today, I teach a wide range of yoga styles – from dynamic Anusara and Hatha Yoga, through Gentle and Slow Flow classes, to deeply restorative practices like Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.


In my classes, you can experience:
•    the “wow” feeling – the most common feedback.
•    relief from stress and tension
•    easing of back and body pain
•    joy of movement
•    calm and focus of mind
•    full attention on yourself and your body


Yoga is not about performance. It is about returning to yourself and feeling at ease in your body and mind.
